Clogging shoes may ONLY be worn in the Magnolia Ballroom. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

PARKING

• Free for hotel guests
• Visitors: $30 parking pass required (purchase at front desk)
• Vehicles without a pass will be towed at owner’s expense
• Parking subject to availability

REGISTRATION & FEES

• $20 per dancer per dance
• Choreographed Solos: $40 per dancer
• All fees must be pre‑paid
• Each dancer receives one printed program
• No on‑site registration

Short Team • One level • No charge

Directors are not charged for team events.

Food & Drink: Allowed; please dispose of trash properly.
Costume Storage: Bring a clothing rack; costumes may not be placed on seats. Dressing area provided; dressing tents encouraged.
Family‑Friendly Policy: No profanity, inappropriate lyrics, or inappropriate movements (e.g., twerking).
